What is your loyalty program?
Our loyalty program was designed to reward repeat purchasers as well as engage with our customers. Our loyalty program allows you to earn points for each dollar you spend along with other fun ways to earn more points. When you get enough point you can use them to buy free stuff on our website!
How do I sign up?
That's super easy! All you have to do is click "MY ACCOUNT" in the upper right hand corner of your device or click "Royalty Loyalty Program" link at the top!
How can I check how many point I have to redeem?
In the bottom left hand corner of your device, click the gift symbol with a heart and as long as your signed in, youll be able to view and redeem your points. The more points you save, the more you can redeem!
Do points expire?
Not at the moment, although we do reserve the right to end the program at any time. We will however give you advance notice if the program changes, redemption value changes, or if we decide to terminate the rewards program.
Can I gift points to someone else?
No, these points are for the person buying the products. You can however redeem points for a promo code and give to a friend or family member.

What is your return policy
Due to the special nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us and we will do our best to provide a fair solution. You may address any concerns to email@example.com
Our shipping cost align with the USPS rates they offer online. We do not increase the price to make money off that.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. We use true shipping which means we do not overcharge. In fact, we have a policy that if the shipping cost ends up cheaper, we will load the amount of refund in points to your Royalty Loyalty Rewards account at the rate of 10 points per $1 over the shipping amount.

About your order
Will I get a confirmation for my order?
Yes. You’ll receive confirmation that the order was placed, and then another email when it is fulfilled and shipped. This email will include access to tracking information.
How long does shipping take, will I get a tracking number?
Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on where the order is placed and what we have in stock. Estimated shipping is provided at checkout, and you’ll receive a tracking number as well as regular updates via email.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States, however efffective January 1st, 2022 we will start accepting orders for Canadian Deliveries.
Can I cancel my order?
Prior to fulfillment and shipping, you can request to cancel your order on the My Account page on our website. This request will then be reviewed for approval. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
